Served with bottled mineral water (50 cl), draught beer (33 cl), soft drink (25 cl), traditional wine spritzer (tinto de verano), or a small glass of D.O. Méntrida “Ganadero” red or D.O. Rueda “Fresco” white, plus Coffee or Tea.

The word gratuity (propina) derives from the Latin "pro pinare", meaning "to drink to one’s health"; even in ancient Rome, guests left a token to ensure attentive service.
